Dr. Sujoy Dasgupta is working as a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery at Genome - The Fertility Centre, Kolkata. He passed MBBS from Medical College, Kolkata with a number of Gold Medals (one in each year), Honours, Silver Medals, scholarships and awards like Senior Class-Assistant (the “Best Student”). He completed his MS from Medical College, Kolkata, where he won the Gold Medal for being selected as the “Best PG Student”. His thesis topic in MS, “Role of IUI in different types of Infertility, in a tertiary care institute” was published in a peer-reviewed journal. He subsequently obtained DNB from National Board of Examinations. He has conferred the membership (MRCOG) of Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG), London.
He pursued different training courses in Infertility-Ultrasound, ART, and Hysteroscopy from different institutes of Kolkata, Mumbai, and Pune. He also completed the PG program on Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility from American College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists. He was awarded the fellowship (FIAOG) from Indian Academy of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. He presented papers and posters in various conferences including the RCOG World Congress and won the first prize in many occasions. Dr. Dasgupta has been invited to deliver lectures in more than 40 conferences at regional, national and international levels, including AICOG and ISAR. He has, to his credit, 15 research publications at national and international journals. He is a peer-reviewer of BMJ Case Reports, an international journal published from the UK. He has chapter contributions in three textbooks. He has also been involved in “MRCOG Orientation programme” for training the doctors aspiring for MRCOG.
He is an active member of the Bengal Obstetric and Gynaecological Society (BOGS) and has been serving the same as Secretaries of various subcommittees and the member of the Managing Committee. He is also the member of Quiz Committee and Food and Drug Committee of FOGSI (Federation of Obs & Gynae Societies of India). He is taking a keen interest in taking part to organize various scientific programmes by BOGS, FOGSI, IAGE (Indian Association of Gynae Endoscopists) and ISAR (Indian Society of Assisted Reproduction). Being trained in music, he loves to sing Rabindra Sangeet.

Dr. Prajnanika Gurung is working as a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine and Gynae Endoscopic surgeon at Genome- The Fertility Centre, Kolkata. She completed her MBBS (Gold Medalist) from N.R.S. Medical College, Kolkata, in 2005. An outstanding student, she received a number of scholarships and awards during her MBBS including Honours in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. She pursued her post graduation studies from the premier institute, All India Institue of Medical Sciences, New Delhi and completed her MD (AIIMS) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2009 and Senior Residency in 2012.
Dr. Prajnanika served as Assistant Professor in Obstetrics and Gynecology at AIIMS, Patna from April 2013. During this period she developed a special interest in infertility patients and fertility preservation surgeries. She further did her Diploma in Reproductive Medicine and Embryology (Ger) and Diploma in Gynaec Endoscopy (Germany). Prior to joining Genome, Dr. Prajnanika served as Senior Consultant at Indira IVF, Kolkata. She is member of various national and international societies. Her special fields of interest are invitro fertilization, reproductive endocrinology, endoscopic surgery. Her research interest include PCOD, endometriosis, reproductive surgery and invitro fertilisation. She believes in making fertility management simple and accessible to the patients. Her perfectionism and patient centric approach has helped her quickly gain vast experience as well as support in this field.

Dr. Kousik Seth is working as a Consultant in Reproductive Medicine & Gynaecologic Endoscopic Surgeon at Genome – The Fertility Centre, Bardhaman. He completed his MBBS (Senior Prosector in Anatomy) in 2011 and his MS in Gynaecology & Obstetrics in 2015, both from West Bengal University of Health Sciences. He also did his Senior Residency in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Chittaranjan Seva Sadan College of Obstetrics, Gynaecology & Child Health, Kolkata. He cleared his DNB in Gynaecology & Obstetrics in 2016. He got his extensive and disciplined training under Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar, a pioneer of IVF & Gynaecologic Endoscopy at Ruby Hall Clinic (Grant Medical Foundation), Pune, Maharashtra, a NABH accredited Hospital where he also had simultaneous exposure of 2D & 3D laparoscopy, hysteroscopy and robotic surgeries apart from infertility and IVF during his two years of FNB (Reproductive Medicine).
He has many publications to his credit in national & international scientific journals. He has attended, presented numerous papers & participated in quizzes in national workshops & conferences. He follows an ethical patient-centred approach of treatment in infertility and keeps himself updated with the recent advances in infertility & gynaecologic endoscopy.

Dr. Sabnam Parvin is working as a consultant in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery at Genome The Fertility Centre. She passed MBBS from Burdwan Medical college, Burdwan with a number of scholarships and honors. She completed her DNB from MR Bangur Hospital, Kolkata. She pursued her FNB for two years in Institute of Reproductive Medicine (IRM), Kolkata under Prof. Dr. Baidyanath Chakravarty. Her thesis topic in FNB "Impaired endometrial receptivity affects fertility in women with genital tuberculosis" has been accepted in a peer reviewed journal.
She pursued different training courses in ultrasound, laparoscopy & hysteroscopy from institutes in Kolkata. She has presented papers and posters in various national and international conferences including the ESHRE Annual Conference, AICC RCOG, ISAR, Fertivision. She has won the first and runner’s up prize in oral paper presentations in BOGSCON 44 and The Conference of Association of Medical Women in India, respectively. She also has been invited to deliver lectures in regional and national conferences, including Yuva ISAR Fertility Conclave. Her special interests are subfertility, recurrent pregnancy loss, recurrent implantation failure, ART. Her vision is to provide individualized, evidence based and cost effective treatment for each couple.

Dr. Emili was a University Silver Medalist in her M.Sc. in Zoology from North Bengal University with “Cell and Molecular Biology” as specialization. Dr. Banerjee completed her Ph.D. from University of Calcutta working on "Genetic Polymorphisms of Serotonergic System and their roles in Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)". Thereafter she persuaded her Post Doc on "Differential Vulnerability of Brain regions in Perkison’s Disease" from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Kolkata with prestigious Post Doctoral Associateship from Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. She completed her Certificate Course in Genetic Counselling from IMA and is also a BGC, India certified Genetic Counsellor.
She has successfully completed hands-on training on “Molecular Cytogenetics” from CDFD, Hyderabad; on Bioinformatics of Human Genome from Welcome Trust and on Biomedical Genetics from AIIMS, New Delhi.
Dr. Emili is a guest faculty in the Department of Genetics, University of Calcutta along being a Genetic Counsellor. She is life member of Indian Society of Human Genetics and Calcutta Consortium for Human Genetics like prestigious societies and has several publications in reputed international journals like Molecular Neurobiology, American Journal of Medical Genetics, Neuroscience Letters, Psychiatry Research, Neurochemistry International etc. She has also published article on Genetic Counselling in Egyptian Journal of Medical Human Genetics. Her research interest lies in reproductive genetics and neuro-psychiatric genetics.

Ms. Priya Joshi is associated with Genome as a Genetic Counselor. After completing her M.Sc. in Medical Biotechnology Priya worked briefly with Apollo Hospitals, Kolkata before joining Hyderabad based molecular diagnostics company, MapMyGenome as a Genetic Counselor.
She is an expert in preventive healthcare and has expanded her work into the challenging area of prenatal and clinical genetic counseling with a keen interest in the field of cancer genetics. Her role as a genetic counselor is to help clients understand their susceptibility towards certain genetic conditions and how to detect, manage and/or prevent its onset.

Ms. Anjana Ghosh is working as a Clinical Counsellor at Genome – The Fertility Centre, Kolkata. She has over 20 years of experience as a Counsellor and development professional in different field. She completed her post graduation in Clinical Psychology from Calcutta University. Her past experiences include worked as a counsellor of Drug Deaddiction Center granted by Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment and Counsellor of Tuberculosis patient under German Doctors project. She has experience to work with the West Bengal Government in the HIV/ AIDS field for five years as a team leader of the evaluation team of Targeted Intervention project and mentor of Need assessment study. Overall experience in the field of HIV/ AIDS is 8 years which includes as a project coordinator in Targeted Intervention project, Master Trainer of TI partners, ICTC & STD Counsellor of West Bengal, Bihar, Sikkim and Jharkhand State AIDS Prevention & Control Society. She worked as a Supportive supervisor of ICTC Counsellor under Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB, Malaria, GFATM-Round 7 and as a counselor in Skill Knowledge Partner or Hub associated with TISS- SVE Project as a freelance Consultant.
She worked as a State level trainer for 8 years and facilitated the training workshop on Maternal & Newborn health, Adolescent Health and Reproductive Child Health in ASHA Programe under Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal.

Atreyee Chatterjee is the Chief Embryologist at Genome – The Fertility Centre. She has over 17 years of experience as an IVF Lab Technologist. She completed her post graduation programme in Medical Microbiology from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Medical Sciences of the Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences, Sikkim, in 2005. Her past experiences include commissioning the first plush IVF laboratory or the mother center, setting up of the first IVF laboratory of international standards in Siliguri Genome, developing Standard Operating Protocols for all embryology and andrology laboratory processes. She has presented several papers and presentations in reputed journals and seminars.

Mr. Debotosh Ganguly is working as a Deputy Chief Embryologist at Genome - The Fertility Centre. He has over 11 years of experience in embryology. He has completed his training in MICROMANIPULATION TECHNIQUES from EART, Mumbai, especially in INTRACYTOPLASMIC SPERM INJECTION. Prior to joining Genome, he was attached with Institute Of Human Reproduction, Kolkata.

Mr. Souvik Das is working as an Associate Embryologist at Genome The Fertility Centre. He has 9 years of experience in embryology. He has completed his training in ADVANCE HANDS ON TRAINING COURSE ON CLINICAL EMBRYOLOGY from International Institute for Training & Research in Reproductive Health, Bangalore. His area of expertise includes Embryo and Oocyte vitrification, Warming, Conventional IVF and Micromanipulation Techniques.
